80 degrees

It was beautiful yesterday!
After nap time we loaded up the boat for a ride on Lake Norman.
Grant was all smiles on "our" boat!
-If you remember last year it was always "MY" (as in Grant's) boat.
Now he is saying we all share it, so it is "ours"
...We've come along way since last summer!
;)

As we pulled up to the Rusty Rudder for an early dinner, Caroline was yelling something that sounded like "QUACK"
She is a lover for the ducks.

She has been stuck in the house for 3 days, so I know she was happy to get out.
When we first got on the boat, she was a little unsure of what was going on.  She quickly grew to love the boat again.

Her eyes are doing so much better.  She still is waking up with eyes shut, but after mid morning they seem to be fine.  He drainage is slowing down, thankfully!

They really need to come up with a oral medicine for pink eye!
Have you ever had to put eye drops in a kicking, screaming, crying, 21 month old?
Try doing it 4 times a day for 7 days.

While Brad and I ate, the kids were entertained by the ducks

After dinner we enjoyed a long boat ride.
We are loving the weather.
We are definitely a sun and water type of family!
